MEETING OF THE BALKAN BULGARIAN STUDIES SPECIALISTS IN SHUMEN

On April 15, 2024, the team of Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen, as a part of the National Scientific Program “Development of Bulgarian Studies Abroad”, organised a meeting in Shumen of the Balkan Bulgarian Studies specialists. This event was hosted by the Laboratory of Applied Linguistics „Aksela Lazarova“  and the International Relations Center of Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen.

Special guests of the event were Prof. Zeynep Zafer (Ankara University, Turkey), Assoc. Catalina Puiu (University of Bucharest, Romania) and Assoc. Prof. Ivana Davitkov (University of Belgrade, Serbia). Bulgarian Studies (language and culture) in the Balkans were the focus of the presentations and discussions.
